Basal Cell Skin Cancer. Nose. This patient was referred to our practice after undergoing a 3 stage Mohs procedure to remove a large basal cell skin cancer from her nose. Dr. Gross repaired the scar defect with a transposition plastic surgery flap. Her results at 1 year following several laser treatments for scar therapy. The CO2 Laser was used in addition to the Pulse Dye Laser to refine the scar. Now, it's not visible.
